Comic timing original
Comic delivery is what makes or kills a good joke. If you ever tried to tell a joke and mistimed your punchline
you may know what I mean. Comedians practice timing and delivery many times before they become good at
it. In the following joke about religion/atheism Dane Cook includes several digressions to build up the tension of
expectation before he gets to the punchline and detonates it when you least expect it.
