Many students struggle with closing group sessions. Therefore, for this week’s assignment, I would like for everyone to submit an appropriate closing from our last “Required Group Session” (our Zoom class). If you were not present for this class, you may think back and submit your closing from the previous class. Think about the components of a good closing session (i.e. good summary, etc.) and then outline how you would close the session. Please create a closing statement that encompasses ALL facilitators (so view the entire class as one group and close the group appropriately). I am looking for a good summary from the session along with an ending statement to know the group has ended along with any other areas you think the group needed for an effective close. Please be as detailed as possible.
