I selected these three strategies because they are all reliable and valid methods of assessment. They are also fair and objective, as they are not influenced by the evaluator’s perspective, values, or biases.

My personal philosophy of teaching is that students should be actively engaged in their learning. They should be given opportunities to practice their skills and to receive feedback on their performance. I believe that these three evaluation strategies align well with my philosophy of teaching, as they all allow students to demonstrate their learning in a meaningful way.
