- Clearly explain just the primary medical diagnoses (only state secondary diagnoses) and all signs and symptoms commonly associated with this (these) medical condition(s). Use at least 3 references of your choice; reapable website, journal article, or book within 6 years.
- List Client factors: values, beliefs, spirituality) & (Context & Environment: Cultural, personal, temporal, virtual, physical & social) described in the OTPF 3rd edition.
- Establish a problem list along with a list of strengths (client’s Strengths & Weaknesses).
- List 3 possible Occupational Therapy treatment examples. 1 specific technology, 1 positioning/ handling, and 1 sensory integration this child could use
- Design a parent HEP that a non-OT practitioner will be able to follow on HEP2GO.com to promote the achievement of the therapy goals, normal milestones, and/or facilitate success in the home and classroom environment. Address enhancement of educational goals and objectives, peer interaction, daily living skills, and carryover of OT.
- Include an ending summary including what you feel this child’s outcome/ progress will look like one year from now.
