Using an issue in the media (and approved by Unit Coordinator), students will define the problem, identify critical factors, and develop a series of recommendations and justify the most appropriate solution to the problem. Recommendations will be supported by working theories in public relations, decision-making, marketing communication and issues and crisis communication.
