Prompt: Identify your subfield of interest and explain its relation to your academic and professional goals and to the larger field of psychology. Construct a thesis statement that will inform the reader of the purpose of the investigation.
Specifically the following critical elements must be addressed:
Introduction:
A. Select a subfield of psychology that you are interested in further investigating, explaining how the subfield relates to the larger field of psychology.
Support your explanation with scholarly sources.
B. Construct a clear, well-developed thesis statement that explains the purpose of the investigation.
C. Provide a brief outline of the upcoming topics that will be covered in your investigation to set the stage for the reader.
Guidelines for Submission: Your introduction must be submitted as a 1–2-page Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and at least one source cited in APA format.
