I agree with you that the CDC is an organization that is grounded on evidence. I also appreciate your statement regarding the importance of ensuring that the practice is in line with the patient's morals and values. Does this mean that a best practice may not be a "best practice" for a patient whose goals and values fall outside of the outcome goals of the recommended practice? If so, how would we handle such a situation?
