1)The introduction to the case should explain who the patient is, (age, gender), explain what the problem is, (what is he/she diagnosed with, or what happened?), and introduce what should you do as a nurse focus on or do?
2)Explain the disease which is acute myeloid leukemia, (symptoms, what causes it?)
3) Explain what health problems the patient has (Has she/he been diagnosed with other diseases?)
Detail any and all previous treatments (Has she/he had any prior surgeries or is he/she on medication?)
