Order Description

a Case study but you would imagine or have a real aged patient that you can interview. you will need all the information about the patient and would write that in the appendix, you can write as much words as you can about the patient Social life, past history etc etc. the words from the appendix will not be counted in the assignment. you will then just focus on one of the disease that the patient has and follow the marking guide. The assignment itself should be 2000 words. you can have as many words as you like for the appendix, as it will not be included in the assignment. The teacher has asked us to include appendix.
