Go to https://www.oyez.org/ and find a case that was decided not more than two years ago and that was not a case discussed in lecture.. Read the case, and answer the following questions:

1. What are the basic facts surrounding the case
2. How did the Supreme Court decide—discuss the majority, dissenting and, at least, one concurring opinion (which means you need to pick a case that has all three types of opinions)?
3. Do you think the decision represents the Court pursing a restraintist or an activist interpretation?
