Assignment Overview
This required assessment assignment (RAA) for this course has been determined by the faculty in the Management Department of the College of Business to satisfy IACBE accreditation requirements. Additionally, ungraded samples of students’ work are collected each semester session and are evaluated by the full time faculty of the Management as part of the assessment process.

The complete step-by-step case analysis guidelines and assessment rubric are located in Syllabus area of the Blackboard course. These are broken down into weekly components within the Weekly Materials

Weekly Journal Assignments
The purpose of the journal entries is to ensure that you complete this required assessment in a timely manner and obtain feedback and help from your instructor along the way.

During Weeks 1-6, you will work through the case analysis process step by step, submitting draft paragraphs and sections of the assigned case analysis by posting a private journal entry accessed via the Journal link in the course Learning Hub. You are also encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification about the assignment through these journal entries.

PowerPoint Presentation
The purpose of the PowerPoint presentation is to share your completed case study analysis with your peers with a view to learning from each other through participation in a written question and answer session in the course Discussion Board.

You are required to:
Develop a 10-15 slide PowerPoint Presentation following the outline of the written paper.  Review PowerPoint grading rubric. Submit the PPT in two locations:
•    Post the presentation to the Q&A Discussion Board forum using the Subject header:
FirstInitialLastName_PowerPoint
•    Also, submit the presentation to the Written Assignments submission link in the course Learning Hub

Presentation Q & A (Discussion Board)
Questions Due Day 3
Responses Due Day 5

The Discussion Board for Week 7 is the Q&A Presentations.  By Day 3, review the posted PowerPoint presentations of at least two of your classmates.  Your instructor may post a list in the course announcements of the PowerPoints you should review.  If not, then select any two to review. You will then post a question, which will consist of the following:  Select at least one good point made in the presentation, and then relate it to the textbook, to show what you have learned this term; then give a suggestion for improvement; and then ask one or more questions regarding the content of the presentation.  Keep in mind that this may be some student’s first PowerPoint presentations, so make suggestions in a professional manner.

Then, by Day 5, answer the two questions posted about your own presentation. Your response should demonstrate your knowledge of professional ethics, supported by at least one cited reference per response.  If two questions are not asked of you, then reply to other posts, with at least one cited source.
