Talk about social learning theories and the social learning environment and Reward and punishment (Skinner)
Give an example where you have used innovative approaches to behaviour(talk about three different behaviours)

TASK 4
For ONE assessed observation of your teaching practice, in your specialist area, identify, explain and evaluate how your practice in the FOUR areas listed below helped create inclusive teaching and learning.
• Establishing and sustaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. E.g. set ground rule, sitting plans,good walking space, no cable, no hazards
• Flexibility and adaptability in the use of inclusive teaching and learning approaches and resources, including technologies. Eg adapting font size for visually impaired, adapting learning objectives, one to one support etc.
• Promoting equality and valuing diversity. Eg valuing students opinion, don’t leave student any out etc
• Flexibility and adaptability in using types and methods of assessment to meet assessment requirements. (925 words)
