Discuss the use of existing products and services that your bank offers. DO NOT FOCUS EXCLUSIVELY ON THE TELLERS.
What sort of relationship do you have with your bank? How do they treat their customers? Do you feel welcome? What feelings are provoked when you enter through the doors?
What sorts of procedures that you have learned throughout the semester do you notice the tellers executing when they handle transactions?
Describe the different services that your bank offers such as money orders, certified checks, traveler’s checks, bonds, etc.
What sort of loan products does your bank offer?
How would your particular branch handle a robbery situation in your opinion?
How is the customer service at your particular branch?
