Association between antinuclear antibodies (ANA) patterns and extractable nuclear antigens (ENA) in HEp-2 cells in patients with autoimmune diseases.

My research question is the following :
1) What is the most pattern of IF-ANA staining pattern among AID patients.
2) To evaluate the relationship between IF patterns of ANA on the HEP-2 cells and the ENA in patients with AID.
