Applying for your dream job.

Imagine that you are applying for your dream job. As part of your application, the employer asks you to submit a personal values statement in which you describe how you demonstrate one of the company’s core values.

The company’s core values include the following:

Accountability
Dedication
Honesty
Integrity
Perseverance
Respect
Service
Select a core value from the list above, and using the template provided, write a personal value statement that describes how you demonstrate that core value in your own life.

Your personal value statement should consist of at least 3 paragraphs and should accomplish the following:

Identify which core value you are writing about
Describe how you demonstrate this value using an experience from your own life
Explain why this experience makes you a good fit for the company
