Application spectroscopic technique

Application spectroscopic technique to the graduate research project. This short proposal will include the basics of this spectroscopic method, and how it relates to the research project and discussion how this application can is advantageous over existing methods. Also describe in this proposal how this method is developed and optimized.

There several spectroscopic techniques including IR, mass spectrometry, NMR (H, C, N or any other nuclei), 2D NMR (COSY, NOESY, HETCOR, HMBC, HMQC), HPLC or any other spectroscopic or separation methods. Also, you can combine or couple two methods together in a creative way. This technique that you will be developing must help in increasing the efficiency of your research.

Briefly describe your proposal citing the advancements it will make in your research and others.
Introduction:
Describe in detail the problem you are attempting to solve. Why is this a problem and what are your goals in
this proposal. Also include the impact of successfully implementing this technique for both you and your
research group.
Background:
Describe the fundamentals of the various techniques that you are using in this method, and identifying the
major attributes of them and how you are planning to combine them.
Proposal:
Describe the steps you will be making on combining these different techniques and adapt them to your hybrid
method. Also, include testing and validation of the method to a “gold standard” or your current classical
technique. Include the details to what experiments you plan on use to test and validate this method. Be sure
to include alternative strategies if some of the steps do not work as planned.
