write a Blackboard discussion board entry that focuses on questions you have or issues that the readings
brought up for you. Your comment should address specific points from the readings. For instance, you might
decide to highlight an argument or even a sentence. These posts should be substantial, and I do not mean
long. By “substance” I mean three things: 1. that the writing discusses the readings for the week using details
from the text, 2. engages another student’s post, and 3. contributes something new to the discussion in
general, even if in a small way. Posts don’t need to be longer than 10-12 sentences.
