This section should include:
• An overview of the CPD
• Identification of specific projects for which this CPD has had or will have an impact.
• Detailed discussion and evidence (where possible) of technical knowledge acquired in relation the targeted apprenticeship standard.
• Commentary on next stages of your professional development given your experience of the CPD and its application

A critically reflective and evaluative narrative should be maintained throughout, examining the effect of implementing the knowledge acquired during from the CPD course from a technical and professional perspective, comparing to your previous practice and other potential approaches identified through literature.

Where time constraints mean that the implementation of technical knowledge has not yet been possible, this should focus on detailed plans within appropriate projects that have been identified. In this case, full evidencing against the standard may not yet be possible, however, plans should be detailed to a level that that it is evident that the new knowledge has been assimilated.
