The Instructions would be sent in a different file. I have started the paper, and submitted half of the requirements and the other half still remains unfinished. I got comments back from the instructor and would like you to strictly follow the comments. Additionally, please review my first half attempt and proof read and add or modify as necessary to synchronize the whole paper.

Please follow the SSP template to the dot. When i attempted to write the paper, i modified sum heading and lost marks for it. If the attachement doesnt work the below dropbox link can help get the files.
