Describe what you think is the most significant aspect of any one of the documentaries or readings for this module. Be very specific, identify and quote from your source and then explain to your classmates how this affects your understanding of hip hop and/or cinema. Make sure you start with a thesis that encapsulates your intellectual analysis of the course materials. Be very specific.

Secondly, pick one of the fictional films, Do the Right Thing, Beat Street or Krush Groove, and explain how it relates to issues related to the material you chose — as an example how Beat Street defies or (does not defy) a specific stereotypes mentioned in Classified X or relates to social issues regarding lack of opportunity as mentioned in a writing. (This is just one example; you can develop others.) You must identify at least one specific scene/dialogue/action from the film to support your connection.
