  1. The Virtue Experiment. Aristotle claims that virtue is the best way of flourishing as a human being. Take an inventory of what your big goals in life are, pick one that you think is most worthwhile, and identify two virtues that you think can help you in that goal. To aid you in thinking about possible virtues and their benefits, read “The Felicity of Virtue” by Haidt on Talon. Come up with a plan of how to practice those virtues for at least a week. Practice those virtues and reflect on your experience. Are you happier? What struggles do you have? What is your impact on others? What does your experience tell you about virtue ethics? As you practice the virtues, reflect on at least one of our readings. What do you learn?
