Adult Online Learning

  Design a persuasive presentation about adult online learning for a group of very traditional faculty, who are in opposition to online learning and have never taught adult learners- These faculty members have several points they assert that you will need to address in your presentation- These points are: Online learning is inferior to face-to-face learning- The adult learner doesn’t know what he or she needs; only the faculty member does-   Address these points and provide a rebuttal to them- Using learning styles, andragogical principles, and constructivism as explanatory frameworks and citing specific examples, convince this group of faculty by educating them about online learning, adult learning, and learning theory- Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide
