1. How would you describe your context or field for adult and continuing education (ACE)? What makes your context or field-specific and why?
2. What is your main motivation for taking this class? What new insights about ACE are you looking to get out of this class? Is there a particular aspect of ACE of a particular theory of adult learning you are interested in exploring?
   (For this question, I would like to share a bit about myself, I’m assisting some administration works for the admissions department at a community college, Based on my work experience with some adult students in a community college, I found a lot of them have to make a balance between studies, works, and even families. So, I would like to make a connection between what I’ve learning and practical working experience to help them to succeed academically.)

Please answer the following questions:
ACE( adult and continuing education ) is a very vast field….How do you situate yourself in this field? What do you see being your role and purpose in that field? What challenges do you perceive?
