Adapting Work Protocols During the Pandemic and Embracing Virtual Collaboration

The recent worldwide pandemic has necessitated significant changes in work protocols across industries, including my own. As we transitioned to remote work to ensure the safety of employees, several fundamental conditions and practices of working virtually emerged.
