This an essay for LPN to RN transition program. Challenges and Obstacles impacting my ability to further my
education have been raising my children, working and having our family adjust to my husband, their dad’s
cancer dx. Successes have been graduating from the LPN program in 2013 after being out of school for over
20 years, having my daughter graduate from college and both my older kids by their own homes.
