Identify a moral /ethical dilemma in healthcare informatics that would best be approached with the use of an
ethical decision-making framework, such as the use of smartphones (so pick a different example) to interact
with patients as well as to monitor and assess patient health. How /what could be put in place to ensure that
moral and ethical violations do not occur.
