Using the information learned in this unit, and your independent research, assume that you are an administrator in your county’s prosecution office and you have been assigned the task of designing a community prosecutions model (plan) for your office. In a 2-3 page paper, in APA format, use the operational elements described in your reading to fully explain the stakeholders in your plan, the communities issues which you will seek to address, funding requirements, a timeline for implementation and log-term objectives and operational elements and goals. Also address how you will manage recruitment and supervision of this prosecution unit. Your plan should have an appropriate title and adequately address each of the components listed above.

If you are relying on research to model your program, even in part, after existing programs, make sure to include proper reference to authority throughout your plan.
