Choose between
1)A case analysis of Amazon, one of the world’s largest companies. This company’s strategy is especially helpful for thinking about the impact of organizational culture and use of project-based strategy. As a part of this assignment you will be asked to examine ethics of leadership in a tech-centric company culture. You will be asked to read several additional sources, which are attached. You may also want to search the web for recent Amazon activities, but are not required to do so.
2)A review of your current leadership abilities, using surveys. You will need to ask two (2) people to take a survey. See two pdf files of books chapters to help you gain a detailed understanding of both trait and skill models.
