Reflective Journal on Leadership Experience at Practicum Site

My practicum experience has been a transformative journey that allowed me to observe, practice, and reflect on nursing leadership. Throughout my time in the clinical setting, I have been fortunate to witness various leadership behaviors exhibited by my preceptor and other leaders at the site. These experiences have not only enriched my understanding of effective leadership but have also provided me with the opportunity to evaluate and enhance my own leadership capabilities.

During my practicum, I observed several key leadership behaviors that stood out.
