Innovative Culture Roleplay
In the following roleplay assignment, imagine you have taken over an organization where there is very little creativity and innovation. The employees are not encouraged to put forth new ideas and it seems that very few people in the organization, from top to bottom, ever voice the importance of innovation (or need for it). For this assignment, write an essay that fully describes how you would build a change-capable organization and innovative culture. Be sure to base your answer on the following material from your textbook: Chapter 10: Read PDF pages 130-134, which covers section 10.4, Practices for Making Your Culture More Innovative (Practices 1-7) Please note that you can also use additional peer-reviewed journal articles to help supplement your discussion, but they are not required for this particular assignment.
