This is a 3 page paper based on a civil court case that was heard in the Court House in Danielson CT small claims court..

The plaintiff was Yvonne Hargrove
The Defendant was Santa Cruz

The basic premise of the case is that Ms. Hargrove says she got her neighbor DISH TV installed in her name because the neighbor (Cruz) owed the tv company money and

couldn’t get it in her name. I have uploaded the recording of the case.

the case starts at the 14 minute mark of the recording.

The paper should talk about the case and the legal issues at hand…..such as Ms. Hargrove signed the contract and had it in her name…..however Ms. Cruz did show

intent by paying the bill for months as well as letting the company install the equipment in her apartment.

What the defense said, what I thought and how I think the case will be settled. In small claims court no decision is made that day the judge mails out a ruling in

about 7-10 days.
