Fruit Lunch

Fruit-eating means to me for nine years. I had a schoolmate who interested in healthy eating once talked about fructose in fruits, and why he is interested in eating fruits every day. Something resonated well with me. Basically, it said that many people have a misconception about fruit sugars because add sugars are harmful. The fruit is essential to eat a variety of nutrients you need to maintain your health, and it’s difficult to get excessive amounts of fructose from fruits. Since that, I have started a new phenomenon called fruit lunch. I replaced my lunch meal to fruit dish; only fruit is my meal every day. But in the dinner meal, I can eat a variety of foods; fish, pizza, pasta, etc.
