how you have or will apply them to enhance your effectiveness as an HR practitioner. A well-constructed paper
will connect the insights gained to course materials referencing 5 or more academic sources such as articles
and adhere to APA standards. As outlined in the rubric below, your paper should address the following:
Diversity: Identify the two most important insights you gained into diversity management in the workplace and
discuss why each is important to you as an HR practitioner.
Globalization: Identify the two most important insights you gained in global HR management, and discuss why
each is important to you as an HR practitioner.
Application: Create an action plan to apply each of the insights gained to your current and/or future practice as
an HR practitioner.
